For engineering and environmental consultancies of 20 to 200 people

From field and lab data to a signed-off report, without the days of manual work.

Chaidojo reads your field sheets, lab results and site data as they are, drafts the report in your template the way your senior staff write it, and flags anything a person needs to check. Your project lead reviews and signs.

3 days → under 1 hour

Site investigation report drafting at a geotechnical client, once the field and lab data is in. Their engineer still checks and signs every report.

No data clean-up

We start from your field sheets, lab results, photos and past reports, as they are. Handwritten logs included.

20 days

From getting your files to your first report type running on Chaidojo

Sound familiar?

The data's in. The report is still days away.

We spend days typing handwritten field logs into spreadsheets before anyone starts writing.
Every winter, our senior staff disappear into monitoring reports.
One transcription error can end up in the recommendations.
A first-season report doesn't read like a twentieth-season one, and the client can tell.

The judgment in a technical report belongs to your senior staff. The days before it go on typing up data, formatting and rework. That's the part Chaidojo takes.

The reports it drafts

Pick your report.

Every report here follows the same pattern: field or lab data in, a technical report out, signed by a qualified person on your team.

Report A

Site investigation reports

From bore logs and lab results to a draft report in your template, with every value checked by your engineer.

01

Read the field and lab sheets

Upload the job's files as they are, including handwritten bore logs and lab result sheets. Every value is read twice. Where the two reads disagree, the value is flagged.

02

Your engineer checks the flags

Each flagged value is shown next to the original sheet, with a suggested reading and the reason for it. Your engineer approves or corrects it before anything goes into the report.

03

Profiles and design values proposed

Chaidojo proposes stratigraphy descriptions in your firm's style, and a design profile with soil layers and design values your engineer can adjust.

04

Report drafted, reviewed and signed

The report is drafted in your structure and branding. Your engineer edits anything, each change is recorded with its reason, and the report goes out under their signature.

What comes out: The draft report, bore logs, borehole profiles, a lab results summary, a sample list in Excel, and a gINT import file. Every file updates as your engineer approves values, so the report and its appendices never disagree.
Report B

Annual monitoring reports

From this season's field data to a draft report for every site, compared with last season, with every report due in one view.

01

Learn from past seasons

Chaidojo learns from your past reports, your templates, and the comments your reviewers and the agencies have made, site by site and permit by permit.

02

Load this season's files

Field sheets, transect data, photos and spreadsheets, as your team already keeps them.

03

Draft and compare

Each report is drafted in your template, compared with last season site by site, and checked against the site's performance standards. Anything at risk is flagged early.

04

Review, edit and sign

Your project lead checks the draft along with a record of every step it took and every source it used, and the report goes out under your firm's signature.

What comes out: A draft monitoring report for each site, a season-on-season comparison, a performance standard check, and a season view of every report due and what's owed to each agency and when.

Other reports built the same way

Phase I and II environmental site assessments, contaminated land reports, ecological surveys, flood risk assessments and other reports that start with field or lab data and end with a qualified person's signature follow the same pattern. If yours isn't listed, try it free on a past job and we'll show you within 72 hours.

Your method, on every report

A first-year's report that reads like your principal's.

During setup, we capture what your senior staff know but have never written down: how they describe strata, how they interpret a season's results, how they word a result that's slipping, and what reviewers and agencies always ask for. That method runs on every report, so a report reads the same whoever drafted it. Every edit is recorded with its reason, so you can see where the method needs updating.

Getting started

One report type. No data clean-up first.

You don't need clean data across the firm, and this is not an AI integration project. Chaidojo works report by report, from the files your team already uses. Your first report type is producing real reports within 20 days of us getting access to your data. We do the setup, and it's included in the fee.

What we need from you

  • Your report template and a selection of recent reports of the type you want to start with
  • The field and lab files behind those reports
  • Some time with a senior reviewer, so we capture how they review a report. Not much: we do the heavy lifting.
Pricing

One fee for the firm. Compare it with the days your reports take.

$2,999 a month for up to 200 users. Setup included. AI credits at the provider's own prices, with no markup.

Fill in all three to see your figure.

Chaidojo: $2,999 a month, about $36,000 a year, plus AI usage at cost.

If your reports cost less than the fee, Chaidojo probably isn't worth it for you yet, and we'll tell you so.

Yearly subscription, billed every three months. More than 200 users? Ask about Enterprise terms: contact@chaidojo.com

Results

From about three days of drafting to under an hour.

A geotechnical consultancy we work with spent about three days turning each site investigation's field and lab data into a report. With Chaidojo, the analysis and drafting take under an hour once the data is in. The lab work takes as long as it always did, and their engineer still checks and signs every report.

FAQ

Common questions.

Our data isn't clean enough for AI yet.

It doesn't need to be. Chaidojo works report by report, from the files your team already uses, as they are. You don't need to clean up your data first.

Is this a big AI integration project?

No. You start with one report type, producing real reports within 20 days of us getting access to your data, and we do the setup. Nothing else in the firm has to change first.

Our field logs are handwritten. Will it work?

Yes. It reads handwritten logs and lab sheets. Every value is read twice, and anywhere the two reads disagree is flagged for your engineer to check against the original sheet.

Does it replace our engineers and scientists?

No. Your project lead approves every flagged value, decides how each result is reported, and signs. Chaidojo takes the data entry, the comparisons and the first draft.

Will it follow our templates and what each agency expects?

It drafts in your template, following the structure your past reports used for each client, site and permit. Your reviewer checks every report before it goes out.

Does it work with gINT?

It produces a gINT import file for every site investigation job.

Where does our data live, and is it used to train models?

In your own cloud or on your own servers, as standard, in a private database for your firm only. It's only used for your own reports, and Chaidojo never trains AI models on it. The AI runs through the provider you choose, under its business terms. If you'd rather we host it, we can run it in a dedicated environment for you, at extra cost.
