For strategy and management consulting firms of 20 to 200 people

Client readouts drafted from your engagement data, to the standard your partner would sign.

Interviews, client data, benchmarks and your past decks go in. A draft readout comes back in your house template, with every number cited to its source and a record of how it was built. The partner reviews and signs, instead of rewriting.

Sound familiar?

The drafting got faster. Partner review did not.

The consultants draft faster than ever. I still rewrite most of it before it goes out.
Every deck comes back to me, and I'm applying a standard I've never written down.
Everyone's using AI now. Keeping track of what's being produced has become its own job.
Every engagement rebuilds the same research, models and slides from scratch.

The standard lives in the partner's head and isn't written down anywhere. That's why review never shrinks, and why every new hire adds to it.

How it works

From client material to a signed readout, with the partner in control.

01

Learn from past engagements

Your past decks, models, frameworks and partners' review comments are organized so you can ask questions about them in plain English.

02

Run the engagement on the client's material

Interviews, client data and market sources are read, synthesized and benchmarked using your firm's frameworks, every finding cited.

03

Draft the readout in your template

The deck or report is drafted in your house style and structure, ending with the recommendation and the risks.

04

Partner review

The partner opens the draft to see every step it took and every source it used, then edits and signs. It doesn't stop anyone working their own way. It shows you how each piece of work was built.

What it runs for you

The work behind every recommendation.

Market and industry researchA structured market report: size, trends, growth drivers and risks, all sourced and cited

Different firm, different work. Chaidojo is configured to your frameworks, whatever they are. We start with the engagement type you run most often.

Your method, on every engagement

Same engagement, two consultants, same standard.

Your firm's method lives in your partners' heads and in review comments that get deleted every week. During setup, we capture it: your frameworks, your house style, and what your partners always send back. That method runs on every engagement, so a first-year analyst starts from the same foundation as a partner, and works to the firm's standard in their first week, not their third year.

Getting started

One engagement type. Live in 20 days.

You don't need to clean up your data or start a big knowledge project first. Chaidojo works one engagement at a time, from the material your team already uses. Your first AI workflow is producing real deliverables within 20 days of us getting access to your data. We do the setup, and it's included in the fee.

What we need from you

  • Your templates and frameworks, and a set of past deliverables for the engagement type you want to start with
  • The client material behind those deliverables, with names removed if you prefer
  • Some time with a partner, so we capture how they review. Not much: we do the heavy lifting.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude at $20 a person?

Those tools make each person faster. Chaidojo makes the work come out the same, whoever does it. They charge per person, but your firm charges clients for engagements, not logins. And $20 isn't what you'll end up paying: people who do real work through AI need the $100-a-month plan, so sixty people cost $6,000 a month, and that rises with every hire.

We've already rolled out AI. Everyone has a license.

Counting licenses tells you what you bought. It doesn't tell you whether any work is done differently, and almost no firm can show that it is. Chaidojo changes how the work gets done, not how many people can log in to an AI tool.

Every engagement of ours is different.

The details change. The way your firm does the work rarely does. Try it free on a past engagement and we'll show you, rather than argue about it.

Does Chaidojo produce finished, client-ready work?

A person in your firm does, and that doesn't change. Work that goes to a client carries your name, so someone accountable signs it. What changes is what they're signing: a draft built the way your firm builds them, ready for review and sign-off, with a record of every step and every source behind it.

Where does client data live, and is it used to train models?

In your own cloud or on your own servers, as standard, in a private database for your firm only. It is only used for your own engagements, and Chaidojo never trains AI models on it. The AI runs through the provider you choose, under its business terms. If you'd rather we host it, we can run it in a dedicated environment for you, at extra cost.

How fast can we start?

Your first AI workflow is producing real deliverables within 20 days of us getting access to your data. We do the setup and it's included in the fee, so this isn't a six-month project you end up running.
